Reserved tickets can be fetched from our sales service point (Hämeenkatu 30), open on Mondays to Fridays from noon to 5pm, or from Lippupalvelu’s sales points (Stockmann, Sokos, Citymarket stores, R-kioskis, etc.).

Gift vouchers
Palatsi’s gift vouchers are available via our sales services and from Lippupalvelu. You can select the value freely. The gift vouchers are valid until the end of 2010. They are valid as a means of payment for both show tickets and restaurant services.
Kulttuuriseteli vouchers
We accept Kulttuuriseteli and Tyky-Kuntoseteli vouchers. These vouchers can be used as payment for show tickets but not for meals.
Hotel packages
Sokos Hotels and Cumulus hotels are Palatsi’s partners. For affordable accommodation and theatre packages, contact them directly.
